It is with the greatest and most profound sorrow and the heaviest of hearts that we bid farewell to our cherished colleague and dear friend, Luisa Jaffé.

It is still hard to find words, but we will not forget Luisa: we will always remember our conversations fondly and we will reflect on her professional attitude and cherish her uncompromising commitment to her values.

Luisa undoubtably left her mark on both the EURAM and EIASM communities, and for the better.

We express our sincere condolences to her family, friends and loved ones and our deepest sympathies are with her colleagues and friends from the teams at EURAM and EIASM.

We will forever hold dear the memory of her bright eyes and sparkling personality, filled with respect and affection.
